Art School Design: Canva and Procreate

For my Design Concepts class, we were assigned to create our ideal art school based off a list of positive and negative attributes, given no limitations and no budget.

I started with a lot of sketching, creating mood boards, and research of existing colleges' architectural interior, and exterior, designs. Once I had a meeting with my professor, I had realized we only needed to design one structure; I had sketched and planned for six. After a lot of drawing, researching, and reworking, I was able to develop and finalize drawings for selections of my campus. I used Procreate to draw my site plan, floor plans, and elevations. I had so much fun with this project. If I were to complete this again, I would have designed one structure, with greater detail, rather than multiple.
